Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Then change to medium speed and continue mixing for another 2 minutes.
3. Pour cake batter into a well greased baking tin.
4. Bake at 195°C for 15 minutes or based on desired softness and runniness at cake center.

1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk adunan dan pukul pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
2. Kemudian tukar kepada kelajuan sederhana dan teruskan mengadun selama 2 minit.
3. Tuangkan adunan kek ke dalam loyang yang telah gris.
4. Bakar pada suhu 195°C selama 15 minit atau bergantung pada kelembutan dan cair pusat kek yang dikehendaki.
