1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sponge mix, eggs, and water. Whisk the mixture at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue whisking for another 7 minutes at high speed.
3. Add in the oil and whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Deposit 650g of the cake batter into a 9” baking tray.
5. Preheat oven to 190°C and bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes or until fully baked.
