Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Sulphites
1. Mix all the ingredients except vegetable oil with whisk at low speed for 2 minutes.
2. Then change to medium speed and continue mixing for another 3 minutes.
3. Add in vegetable oil into batter and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Deposit batter 350g into mould.
5. Bake at 180°C (Top & bottom heat) for 35 minutes.
