1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2. Beat the mixture at a slow speed for 1 minute and continue 3 minutes at medium speed or until well combined.
3. Filling each muffin cup with 60 gm of batter.
4. Bake the cake at 190°C for 20-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Blends together with eggs, water and oil. Deposit into mould and bake.
