Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat the mixture with paddle at a slow speed for 1 minute and 3 minutes at medium speed or until well combined.
3. Scale 600g of batter into 9” baking mold.
4. Bake the cake at 180°C for 35-45 minutes or until fully cooked.

Cara-cara
1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk campuran.
2. Pukul campuran dengan paddle pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit dan teruskan 3 minit pada kelajuan sederhana atau sehingga digabungkan dengan baik.
3. Isikan 600g adunan ke dalam acuan penaik 9”.
4. Bakar kek pada suhu 180°C selama 35-45 minit atau sehingga dimasak sepenuhnya.
