Method

1. Place Group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Use paddle to beat on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down the mixture and beat further 2 minutes on low speed.
4. Spread batter on tray line with parchment paper and sprinkle Group 2 on top.
5. Bake at 190°C (top & bottom heat) for approximately 40 minutes.

Cara-cara

1. Masukkan bahan kumpulan 1 ke dalam mangkuk mixer.
2. Bancuh semua bahan dengan menggunakan paddle pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit. Sekerap adunan bahagian bawah dengan scraper.
3. Seterusnya bancuh adunan pada kelajuan rendah selama 2 minit.
4. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang empat segi berlapik dengan kertas parchment dan taburkan kumpulan 2 di atas permukaan adunan.
5. Bakar pada suhu 190°C (suhu atas dan bawah) selama lebih kurang 40 minit.

Usage

Blend together with eggs, water and nuts then bake, cool and ice for a delicious slightly chewy chocolate slice.
