  1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl.​
  2. Mix until well develop.​
  3. Allow dough to rest for 30 mins.
  4. Divide 80g each, shape to bagels shape.
  5. Prove in proofer for 30 mins at 37°C/80%
  6. Boil each side 30 second.
  7. Bake at a top temperature of 220°C and a bottom temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
