  1. Combine Ingredients​
    In a stand mixer, use the whisk attachment to combine BAKELS CHIFFON CAKE MIX, eggs, and water on low speed for 1 minute.​
  2. Whisk Mixture​
    Whisk the mixture for 10 minutes on high speed.​
  3. Add Melted Butter​
    Gradually add the melted butter and continue mixing for 1 minute on low speed until well combined.​
  4. Deposit Batter​
    Deposit 500g of batter into an ungreased chiffon cake mould.​
  5. Bake​
    Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
