Muffin (Using Paddle)
- Combine Ingredients
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl. - Initial Mixing
Use the paddle to beat on low speed for 1 min. - Main Mixing
Scrape down the mixture, then continue beating for 3 mins on medium speed. - Deposit Batter
Weigh and deposit 60g of batter into muffin moulds lined with paper cups. - Bake
Bake at 190°C (top & bottom heat) for approximately 25 mins.
