(Using Paddle)​
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.​
- Beat the mixture with paddle on low speed for 1 min and continue 3 mins at medium speed.​
- Deposit 350gm of batter into mould.​
- Bake at 180°C (Top & Bottom heat) for 35-45 mins or until fully cooked.
