Muffin (Using Paddle)​
- Combine Ingredients​
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl.​ - Initial Mixing​
Use the paddle to beat on low speed for 1 min.​ - Main Mixing​
Scrape down the mixture, then continue beating for 3 mins on medium speed.​ - Deposit Batter​
Weigh and deposit 60g of batter into muffin moulds lined with paper cups.​ - Bake​
Bake at 190°C (top & bottom heat) for approximately 25 mins.
