- Whisk ingredients (Apito Plain Moist Cake Mix, egg and baking soda) on medium speed for 2 mins.
- Add in oil and whisk on low speed for 1 min.
- Add in mashed banana and whisk on low speed for 1 min.
- Deposit batter into loaf mold at 400g.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 - 40 mins then it is ready to be served.
