Muffin Batter

  1. Whisk all ingredients on low speed for 1 min then turn medium speed and whisk for 2 mins.
  2. Deposit batter into muffin cup at 60g then add Fino Blueberry Filling as topping.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 25mins then it is ready to be served.
