  1. Mix all ingredients (A) at low speed for 1min, then at medium speed for 2 – 3mins.
  2. Deposit 120g into each muffin mould.
  3. Baking Deck Oven and bake at 200°c for 25mins.
  4. Baking program 3 at convection oven.
  5. F1 – 183°c, 26mins, steam 20ml, Fan 1.
  6. F2 – 176°c, 1min, Fan1.
