  1. Whisk all ingredients (A) on low speed for 1 minute then beat another 2 minutes on high speed.
  2. Fold in ingredient (Top) and continue to beat for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Deposit batter in 1st baking tray 9” x 16”.
  4. Bake at 170°C for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Mix ingredient (B) on medium speed for 2 minutes or until cream form soft peak.
  6. Pour the cheese filling on top of the cake slice and garnishing on top then it is ready to be served.
