Water ( 50-60°C)

Group Filling Mix

Total Weight: 0.000

Mix all ingredients (Chewy Bun Mix) at low speed for 1min then high speed for 3mins.
Divide dough by dough divider or into your desired shape.
Put dough onto the baking tray with parchment paper. Press the middle dough deeper.
Baking at 180°c, steam 1 time after 5mins. Repeat the process 3 times (Deck Oven).
Continue baking after 15mins.
Mix all ingredients (Macaron Mix) at low speed for 1min then high speed for 6mins.
Piping batter (Macaron Mix) onto the silicon mat, let it cool down for approximately 50mins until surface is dry.
Bake at 150°c for 18mins.
Decoration Chewy Bun with mixes (Macaron and Filling) as to your desired preference and it is ready to be served.
