  1. Mix all ingredients (A1) at low speed for 1min, then mix at medium speed for 2mins.
  2. Roll the cookies flat and keep in the chiller for 20mins.
  3. Using round cutter to cut the cookies.
  4. Bake at 180°c for 20mins – 25mins then let the cookies to cool down.
  5. Then mix A2 at low speed for 1min, then mix at high speed for 3mins – 4mins.
  6. Decoration the cookies with ingredients (A2 & A3) to your desired preference.
