Method

1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend for 1 minute at 1st speed.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Then mix for another 1 minute at 1st speed.
4. Spread on standard baking tray (650 gm in brownie mould).
5. Bake the cake at 160-170 degree C for 40-45 mins.
