  1. Whish all ingredients (A1) on low speed for 1min then on high speed for 3mins.
  2. Slowly put ingredient (A2) and whisk on low speed for 1min.
  3. Pour the batter into a 14"x 14" baking tray with the baking paper at the bottom then bake it at 180°c for 15mins then set to let it cool.
  4. Cut the cake into 2 evenly layer and apply ingredient (A3) on each layer and set in the freezer for an hour to let it set.
  5. Finally, spread ingredient (A4) on the surface and decorate to your desired preference and it is ready to be served.
