Fruit Cake Assembly Instructions​

Mixing Base Batter​

  1. Beat all ingredients except oil on medium speed for 3 mins until well combined.​

Incorporate Oil​

  1. Add oil and mix on slow speed for 1 min until fully emulsified.​

Add Mixed Fruits​

  1. Add mixed fruits and continue mixing on slow speed for 1 min to distribute evenly.​

Baking​

  1. Pour batter into a 14x14 inch baking tray.​
  2. Bake at 180°C for 25 mins, or until golden and cooked through.​

Cooling & Layering​

  1. Let the cake cool completely.​
  2. Cut into half horizontally. Spread Bakels RTU Butter Cream between layers.​
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.​

Final Cut & Presentation​

  1. Slice into any desired size for serving or packaging.
