  1. Combine all ingredients (A) in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk for 1min.
  3. Rest the batter for 15mins.
  4. Skewer hotdogs with a barbecue stick.
  5. Dip the hotdog in the mixture until fully coated.
  6. Heat oil to 190℃.
  7. Fry the coated hotdog until the crumb is golden brown.
  8. Serve with your desired preferred topping.
