  1. Mix all ingredients (A1) at low speed for 4 mins and then on high speed for 5 mins.
  2. Let the dough rest for an hour and divide 60g per dough and rest again for another 20mins.
  3. Mix all ingredients (A2) at low speed for 1min until evenly mix. Divide the 30g dough each and keep in the chiller.
  4. Shape the dough and decorate the white skin dough (A2) on top of the bread dough (A1) then proof for 36°c for 80mins.
  5. Then bake it at 200°c (top) and 180°c (bottom) for 20mins.
  6. Lastly, served while it is hot and eat together with your favorite spread / jam.
