1. Whisk all ingredients together for 1 minutes on low speed.
2. Scrape down and continue whipping for further 4 minutes.
3. Put cake batter into cup cake mould of about 16 g each.
4. Bake at 180°C for approximate 25 minutes.
5. When cool, decorate using Icing Cream.
