  1. Mix all ingredients on low speed for 3 minutes and then high speed for 4 - 5 minutes.
  2. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.
  3. Divide dough at 220g each and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Shaping dough as per your desired shape.
  5. The proof at 35°c 85% humidity for 40 - 50 minutes.
  6. Bake at 200°c (top heat) 190°c (bottom heat) for 31 minutes and it is ready to be served.
