  1. Whisk all ingredients except mixed fruits on medium speed for 4 mins.
  2. Add mixed fruits and whisk in low speed for 1 min.
  3. Deposit batter into loaf mold at 400g.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 30 - 40 mins then it is ready to be served.
