- Place all ingredient (A1) into the mixer bowl and mix on low speed for 2 mins.
- Gradually add the water & egg then continue mixing on low speed for an additional 1 min.
- Add in ingredients (A3) then mix at low speed for 1 min.
- Rest the dough for 15 mins .
- Divide the dough into portions then sprinkle Cheddar Cheese evenly and pipe mayonnaise on top.
- Bake in a combi oven at 150°C for approximately 18 min, or until fully baked and evenly browned.
