- Place all ingredients A into the a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Remove and press the cookie dough flat and cut into the desire size.
- Bake on 160°C for 15 minutes and set aside to let it cool.
- Pour some melted white chocolate onto the cookie and it is ready to serve after decorating to resemble the melted snowman look.
