- In stand mixer use whisk attachment to combine all ingredients (A) on low speed for 1 min.
- Whisk the mixture for 2 mins on high speed or until the dough is well develop.
- Gradually add in ingredient (B) for 1 min on low speed and combine well.
- Deposit 1800g batter into ungreased rectangle cake mould.
- Bake at 180°C top &170°C bottom heat for approximately 70 mins.
