Mix all ingredients (A) on low speed for 1 min, then increase to high speed for 2–3 mins until well combined.
Add (B) and continue mixing on low speed for 1 min.
Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 20–25 mins, or until fully baked.
Once baked, apply (C) evenly over the cake, then roll it carefully into a Swiss roll.
Finish by decorating with (D).
