- In a pan, add in butter and turn the heat up to medium. Once the pan is hot, pan fry the noodles until crispy and move them onto a plate.
Moringa Pistachio Chocolate Ganache
- Pour a thin layer of chocolate into your candy mold. Allow chocolate to set up.
- In a saucepan over high heat, bring cream to a boil then immediately pour over the chocolate. Cover for 2 minutes to let the chocolate melt and then stir smooth.
- Mix in softened butter. Fold in crispy noodles and chopped pistachio.
- Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the layer chocolate (temperature around 32-35°c) and allow the mixture to set and cool at room temperature.
- Unmold and cut it into a desire shape and size.
- Put the noodles and chocolate bar together and it is ready to be served.
