- Beat all ingredients (A) for 1 minute on low speed.
- Then beat on medium speed for another 5 minutes.
- Deposit 2000g of batter into a baking tray.
- Piping ingredient (B) on the surface.
- Bake at 180c for 30 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients (C) on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Slice the cake into 2 and apply (C) topping on the surface and cover all cake and place the cake into the chiller for 3 hours.
- Finally roll up ingredient (D) and cover up the whole cake then decorate on your own desired preference.
