  1. Beat all ingredients (A) for 1 minute on low speed.
  2. Then beat on medium speed for another 5 minutes.
  3. Deposit 2000g of batter into a baking tray.
  4. Piping ingredient (B) on the surface.
  5. Bake at 180c for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix all ingredients (C) on high speed for 2 minutes.
  7. Slice the cake into 2 and apply (C) topping on the surface and cover all cake and place the cake into the chiller for 3 hours.
  8. Finally roll up ingredient (D) and cover up the whole cake then decorate on your own desired preference.
