  1. Mix all ingredients (A) on low speed for 1 min, then mix on high speed for 7 mins.
  2. Pipe (A) into baking tray without baking paper.
  3. Bake 190°C for top and bottom for 20 – 25 mins. (steam 1 time).
  4. Allow the Choux to cool.
  5. Slice a Choux in the middle.
  6. Mix all ingredients (B) on low speed for 1 min, then on high speed for 2 – 3 mins.
  7. Decorate it with (B).
  8. Mix all ingredients (C) on low speed for 1 min, then mix on medium speed for 3 mins.
  9. Apply (C) into round silicon mould and keep into freezer for 1 hour.
  10. Decorate it with (C), and (D).
