Prepare the Cake Base​

  1. Mix all medium ingredients (A) for 2 mins until well combined.​
  2. Pour into a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25 mins.​
  3. Let the cake cool completely.​

Make the Cream​

  1. Mix all ingredients (B) evenly.​
  2. Second speed for 5 mins put into piping bag Set aside.​

Final Decoration​

  1. Decorate as desired with toppings and Yuzu Cream or garnish of your choice.
