  1. Place water and liquid color into a bowl then add in Bakels Macaron Mix. Use paddle attachment and mix for 1min at low speed and scrape down.
  2. Beat on high speed using a paddle for 6mins.
  3. Pipe batter into baking trays line with silicon mat.
  4. Allow to stand for approximately 45 - 60mins or until surface is dry.
  5. Bake at 150°C approximately 18mins and allow to cool.
  6. Use whisk attachment at low speed for 1min mix Bakels Bake Stable Custard Mix and water together.
  7. Then on high speed mix 5mins until custard is thicken then add in Bakels Butta Blends and mix on high speed 2mins.
