Group A
- Place water (50 °C - 55 °C) and liquid colour into bowl. Add in Bakels Macaron Mix.
- Use paddle attachment mix for 1 min slow speed and scrape down.
- Beat on top speed using a paddle for 6 mins
- Pipe into baking trays line with silicon mat.
- Allow to stand for approximately 45-60 mins or until surface is dry.
- Bake at 150°C approximately 18 mins and allow to cool.
- Sandwich macaron using Pettina Cheesecake mix filling.
Group B
- Use paddle attachment mix all of the ingredient together on high speed until medium peak.
