  1. In a mixing bowl combine mousse mix and water and compound and mix well then fold the whipped cream under and pipe mousse inside silicon molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine mousse mix and water and compound and mix well then fold the whipping cream under and pipe mousse inside silicon molds.
  3. Pipe a round disk of fruit filling in between the mousse.
  4. After cake has been frozen, remove from mold and glaze with crystal glaze neutral at 40-45°C and add food color.
  5. Then pour it onto the mousse cake and decorate to your desired preference.
