- Begin by preheating the cone maker to 130°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Bakels Muffin Mix with eggs and water. Whisk the
mixture until there are no lumps. - Add butter along with your choice of Apito Paste, and continue to mix
until everything is fully incorporated. - Place 1 tablespoon of the batter into the preheated cone maker and press it.
- Allow it to cook for about one minute, or until it turns a golden color.
- Carefully remove it from the machine and roll it into a cone shape. Set the cone
aside to cool down before filling it with your favorite ice cream
Yield: 70 cones
