1. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend for 1 minute at slow speed.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Then mix for another 2 minutes at second speed.
4. Deposit 600 gm of batter into rectangular baking trays which has been lined up with greased proof paper.
5. Bake at 185°C for approximate 45 - 50 minutes.
