Method

1. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minute at 1st speed.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Whisk another 3 minutes at 3rd half speed.
4. Add in Group 2 and whisk for 1 minute at 1st speed.
5. Deposit 600gm into greased sponge cake mould
6. Bake the cake at 160 degree C for 50 minutes.
