Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat the mixture with paddle at a slow speed for 1 minute and continue 3 minutes at medium speed or until well combined.
3. Filling each muffin cup with 110 gm of batter.
4. Bake the cake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked.

Cara-cara
1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk campuran.
2. Pukul campuran dengan paddle pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit dan teruskan 3 minit pada kelajuan sederhana atau sehingga digabungkan dengan baik.
3. Gunakan skala untuk membahagikan adunan ke dalam cawan muffin tulip, mengisi setiap cawan dengan 110 gm adunan.
4. Bakar kek pada suhu 180°C selama 30 - 35 minit atau sehingga dimasak sepenuhnya.
