1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat the mixture with paddle at a slow speed for 1 minute and continue 3 minutes at medium speed or until well combined.
3. Filling each muffin cup with 110 gm of batter.
4. Bake the cake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked.
