  1. No time dough (Dough Mixer)
  2. Combine Group A in the dough mixer, mix for 3 minutes on low speed, turn to high speed for 8 minutes.
  3. Dough Temperature required: 28°C.
  4. Allow recovering or resting for 60 minutes.
  5. Scale 50g and mold and fill with your desired filling.
  6. Prove and pan-frying at 100°C for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides.
