A complete mix requiring only the addition of eggs, water and oil to produce a mouth-water taste treat. The unusual blend of Blueberry Nuggets gives a flavour variation for the muffin lover.

Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Egg, Egg Products, Soy, Soy Products, Sulphites
1. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend for 2 minutes at 1st speed.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Blend for another 4 minutes at 2nd speed.
4. Add in Group 2 and mix for 1 minute at 1st speed.
5. Cup.Deposit 60 gm of batter into greased muffin pan.
6. Bake the muffin at 195degree C for 25minutes.
