A complete premix for easy preparation of gula melaka lava cake mix with only addition of oil and water. Use with BAKELS tested recipes.

Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Sulphites
1. Mix all ingredients with whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Then mix for another 2 minutes at medium speed.
3. Pour batter into well greased baking tin.
4. Bake at 195°C (Top & bottom heat) for 15 minutes or until preferable softness and runniness of the cake center.
5. Allow it to set for about 2-3 minutes after baking before tipping into individual serving plate. Serve warm.
