Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Sulphites
1. In a stand mixer using whisk attachment combine BAKELS EGGLESS CAKE MIX and water at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Beat for another 7 minutes at high speed.
3. Add in oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
4. Deposit 350gm batter into mould.
5. Bake at 180°C for 25-27 minute.
Cara-cara
1. Dalam pengadun menggunakan alat pemukul bancuh BAKELS EGGLESS CAKE MIX dan air pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minute.
2. Seterusnya putar lagi pada kelajuan tinggi selama 7 minit.
3. Masukkan minyak sayuran dan putar pada kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
4. Masukkan 350gm adunan ke dalam acuan.
5. Bakar pada suhu 180°C selama 25-27 minit.
