Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Sulphites
i. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend for 1 minute at low speed.
ii. Scrape down the mixture.
iii. Then mix for another 3 minutes at medium speed.
iv. Deposit the batter into desired a greased mould.
vi. Bake the cake at 190°C (top temperature) and 170°C (bottom temperature) for 45-50 minutes.
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Starch, Modified Starch (INS1422), Milk Solids, Leavening Agent (INS450i, INS500ii), Permitted Flavouring, Salt, Thickener (INS415, INS466), Permitted Colouring
