Method

USE : Paddle
1. Ensure the product temperature reaches 27- 30â—¦C before mix BAKELS BUTTA BLEND with sugar for 10 minutes at top speed.
2. Add in egg and mix for another 7 minutes at medium speed.
3. Scrape down the mixture.
4. Add in cake flour and mix for another 1 minute at low speed.
5. Scrape down the mixture stir until batter smooth.
6. Deposit 580gm batter into cake mould line with greased proof paper (diameter of mould 15.5 cm).
7. Bake 180 ◦C top heat, 170◦C bottom heat, for approximately 50 – 55 minutes.

1. Pastikan suhu produk ialah 27-30â—¦C dan putarkan BAKELS BUTTA BLEND dengan gula selama 10 minit pada kelajuan tinggi.
2. Tambahkan telur dan putarkan 7 minit guna kelajuan sederhana.
3. Sekerap aduanan.
4. Tambahkan tepung kek dan putarkan 1 minit pada kelajuan rendah.
5. Sekerap aduanan sehingga serata.
6. Tuangkan 580gm adunanke dalam acuan yang lapis dengan kertas minyak (diameter acuan 15.5 cm) dan bakar 180â—¦C suhu atas, 170â—¦C suhu bawah, lebih kurang 50 - 55 minutes.
