- Whisk all ingredients (A1) until evenly mix on medium speed for 3mins.
- Add slowly ingredient (A2) and whisk on low speed or until evenly mix.
- Pour the cake batter into a 14” x 14” cake mold.
- Bake at 180°C for 25mins and set aside to let it cool.
- Cut the cake into 2 parts and evenly spread ingredient (A3) on top and on another layer and set into the chiller for 1 hour.
- Finally, decorate to your desire preference and it is ready to serve.
