  1. Mix all ingredients (A1) at low speed for 1min then mix on high speed for 2 – 3mins.
  2. Add in ingredient (A2) and mix at low speed for 1min.
  3. Bake the batter at 180°c for 20 – 25mins.
  4. Mix all ingredients (B) at low speed for 1min then mix on high speed for 2 – 3mins.
  5. Apply B onto the cake and cut to your desired shape.
  6. Lastly, decorate ingredient (C) to your desired design.
