Method

1. Mix Pettina Sponge Mix Complete, egg and water with whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Continue to whisk at high speed for 7 minutes.
3. Add in vegetable oil into batter and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Deposit batter 350g into mould.
5. Bake at 180°C (Top & bottom heat) for 35 minutes.

Cara-cara
1. Putar Pettina Sponge Mix Complete,telur dan air dengan whisk dengan kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
2. Kemudian putar lagi dengan kelajuan tinggi selama 7 minit.
3. Masukkan minyak sayuran dan putar dengan kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
4. Tuangkan aduan 350gm ke dalam acuan.
5. Bakar dengan suhu 180°C (Suhu atas & bawah) Selama 35 minit.

Usage

Whip together with eggs and water, fold in oil, then deposit into mould and bake
