1. Mix Pettina Sponge Mix Complete, egg and water with whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Continue to whisk at high speed for 7 minutes.
3. Add in vegetable oil into batter and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Deposit batter 350g into mould.
5. Bake at 180°C (Top & bottom heat) for 35 minutes.
Whip together with eggs and water, fold in oil, then deposit into mould and bake
