- Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour the 2kg cake batter into the baking tray 12” x 12” and bake at 160°c for 25 - 35 minutes.

- Beat all ingredients on medium speed until evenly mix.

- Slowly add all ingredients into batter A2 and mix until smooth.
