  1. Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour the 2kg cake batter into the baking tray 12” x 12” and bake at 160°c for 25 - 35 minutes.

  1. Beat all ingredients on medium speed until evenly mix.

A3

  1. Slowly add all ingredients into batter A2 and mix until smooth.
  2. Finally, apply topping on the surface of the cake and put into the refrigerator to set and it is ready to be served.
